Hello! Before applying please be mindful that this is an in-person position. Individuals will be asked to come to our McClean, VA office 4-5 times a week. Individuals must be able to start within 2-3 weeks of their hire date.

As a Junior Customer Account Manager, you are the first line of contact between our clients and their target market. In this role, you’ll create and enhance customer retention between the client and new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service and sales interactions.

The Responsibilities of this position include:

• Present and promote our client's products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in a retail setting
• Resolve customer support-related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
• Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
