LEUCA is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. LEUCA offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ideal Candidates:
- Have a passion for making pizza.
- Have experience making pizza with a wood burning pizza ovens.
- Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
- Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
- Support their fellow cooks.
- Maintain supplies and organization of the pizza station.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality control of the pizza station.
