Team behind the newly opened Nōksu: https://guide.michelin.com/us/en/article/features/michelin-guide-chef-noksu-subway-new-york-cityWe are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to work with our existing dessert brand as well as help create new concepts and be part of a team that will be launching an Asian Dessert Food Hall in 2025. Must have strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and flavors mainly desserts and pastry. There's so much more to this project but we want to save it for the in-person meeting.
