Noktryouts is Hiring a Warehouse Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

**Warehouse Manager**

Los Angeles / Operations / Full-time **nok - try now, buy later powered by circular recommerce**

nok enables brands to offer **$0 down** at-home product tryouts with free fast delivery and free easy returns.

Our clients include some of the worlds greatest brands like Dyson, Sony, and Breville to the latest innovative brands like Cefaly, Embr, and Skyroam.

nok is backed by seasoned entrepreneurs and institutional investors like Greycroft, Moonshots Capital and Village Global.

**Circular Recommerce - nok as a solution for the $400B returns problem**

Contrary to some rare exceptions - most brands simply destroy all returns (even though the majority are perfectly functioning and were returned because of buyers regret). The rare few that do resell returned goods do so at a massive loss.

We built a proprietary circular supply chain that actually thrives off of returns - quickly repurposing them for $0 down at-home tryout products. Our specialized warehouses and staff professionally check, clean, and rebox any returned tryout products and send them back out to the next customer in under 48 hours.

*Our partner brands leverage nok to send* ***new and used*** *units for tryouts. When we do have used units available, we prioritize those to be more sustainable and profitable for our partners.*

**How brands are benefiting from nok**

Previously seen as unsolvable, nok leverages these returned units to: - Increase overall site conversion rate by 30% on average when marketing trials on their website through our a 'try for $0 down with nok' button - Increase LTV, revenue, and ROAS - C reate hands-on experiences like a store would but exponentially less effort or risk

**What we value**

Be bold, optimistic and kind. Embrace conflict and diversity.

Our team is all in on the vision of the company. Anyone who shares this common belief exudes boldness and optimism (each in their own way).

We're a team, not a family. Conflict within a team can be a great indicator of a high performance. If you are bold, conflict is inevitable. But like an athlete, just leave it all out on the floor. Once the whistle blows, laugh, shake hands and get some lunch.

We believe kindness is a virtue shown through meaningful actions. Doing something difficult for the goodness of others is kindness. Both parties always benefit from an act of kindness.

A diverse team under a common goal and a couple simple yet broad values can be an exceptional force. Embrace each other's differences. Differing perspectives and opinions benefit all. Learn from each other.
