Duties:

• Review, approve and enter invoices
• Identify and correct invoice errors
• Collaborate with internal departments
• Update and create client accounts and templates
• Track missing vendor invoices
• Answer questions and provide support to customers and vendors

Skills:

• Experience with AP, AR, Payables, Billing, Invoices, preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience required
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive material
• Ability to effectively multi-task multiple, competing priorities, and projects through strong time management and organization
