Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Service Advisors. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their automotive service needs. This position offers the opportunity for career growth and advancement within our company. Candidates will need to have strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and exceed at communication.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for automotive services and repairs
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress and any additional recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Excellent time management is a must
