Noltemeyer Capital LLLP is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Louisville, KY

At Noltemeyer Company, we take pride in local ownership. As a multi-family residential and commercial property management company, when we succeed, our communities and city flourish.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to help position our seasoned and profitable company for long-term stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in an entrepreneurial setting. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop creative solutions and champion improvement. The Director of Operations will collaborate with existing company leadership for long-term planning ensuring that operational strategies align with broader organizational goals and objectives.

Key Job Functions

· Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to inform and guide operational decisions or activities to increase customer satisfaction, boost revenue, and control costs

· Supervise direct reports to plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of duties

· Collaborate with Human Resources to create or improve job descriptions, identify company resource needs, and oversee employee training, as well as performance goals and performance management system

· Partner with Finance and Accounting to analyze financial reporting to guide improvements in efficiency and profitability across all divisions

· Study the market to stay current in an ever-changing property management environment, both multi-family residential and commercial

· Stay current on national and local industry standards and trends

Education, Experience, and/or Skills

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field and ten or more years in a senior leadership role

· Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management, backed by previous professional success

· Excellent working knowledge of data analysis, performance metrics and leveraging industry-specific software solutions to drive results

· Strong understanding of property management industry regulations and legal guidelines including Fair Housing Law

· Superior skills developing and organizing internal communications systems and file management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
