Location: Miami or Riviera Maya

We are Nomade People: a hospitality group designing transformational human experiences. Since our inception, we have aligned with the logical flux of the world, being an evolving project that aims to foster human beings’ emotional health. With a portfolio of four operating hotels located across Mexico and USA, and a robust pipeline, we have earned a reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced F&B Regional Director to lead and elevate our food and beverage operations across multiple properties in the US and Mexico. The ideal candidate will bring extensive multi-property experience, a deep understanding of F&B management from both a strategic and operational perspective, and a proven track record of driving excellence. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred to effectively collaborate with our diverse teams and stakeholders across the region.

We are looking for a visionary leader who not only excels in operational expertise but also shares our passion for creating exceptional experiences. With significant ambitions to expand our lifestyle and luxury footprint, we need someone inspired to join us on this exciting journey. If you’re eager to make an impact and work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance food and beverage operations across our existing portfolio, including hotels, resorts, and diverse dining concepts, with a focus on innovation and quality.
  • Drive the development and successful opening of new F&B outlets, from concept creation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market expectations.
  • Partner with development teams and internal stakeholders to plan and execute new property openings, concept launches, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Implement best practices and cutting-edge strategies to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all F&B operations.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the region, contributing to the strategic direction of our F&B division.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring strong financial performance and cost control across all properties.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to F&B teams, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Take an active role in talent development, preparing teams for both current operations and future growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, third-party operators, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of senior leadership experience in food and beverage operations, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing multi-property and multi-outlet F&B operations, including large-scale projects and pre-openings.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and a commitment to achieving excellence in everything you do.
