The Challenge (Job Summary)
As a maintenance generalist, you have the opportunity to live our core values every day by helping our patients in all walks of life, providing high quality care, working with an excellent team, being a trusted resource for our patients and team members, and having an impact in the community through our engagement and volunteer efforts. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall and general maintenance of the facility and grounds. This includes construction projects, painting, and general maintenance.

A Wonderful Environment: This position is based in Sheffield, Ohio. This position may require travel to offices that are medical offices and administrative offices. Milege is paid for travel. The maintenance department has a great team full of positive people, and the opportunity to learn on the job while developing life long skills.

Working Conditions, Physical & Mental Demands: On-site work area environment inside and outside, and there is frequent exposure to mechanical and electrical hazards. Occasional evening or weekend work. Works in conditions of heat, cold, wetness, dust, rain, snow. Physically, the ideal candidate will be able to work in conditios of prolonged walking or standing, repeated stooping, squatting, stretching, climbing of ladders. Requires eye-hand coordination in utilizing equipment and tools. Frequent lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds
