Job description: Job title: Administrative Assistant Corporate Title: Administrative Assistant Department: Global Markets The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $100,000 per year*

Role Description / Areas of responsibility:

  • Provide support to a senior MD of Sales and 4-5 of his direct reports
  • Calendar Management
  • Expense reporting
  • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements
  • Screening calls, act as gatekeeper
  • Meeting/Event logistics coordination
  • Filing, faxing and any ad hoc projects assigned

  • Polished communication skills appropriate for a corporate environment

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 2-3 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably on a Trading Floor supporting a larger team.
  • BA Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
