Role Highlights
We are seeking to hire a high-performing manager to service the needs of our growing company and customer base. We aim to hire someone comfortable working in a dynamic environment and executing on new priorities and opportunities as they emerge. Responsibilities include supporting our sales staff and handling a wide spectrum of customer service issues, navigating and maintaining our internal ERP system, and managing a small support team. This position requires very strong organizational and management capabilities. You will need to be able to juggle numerous projects and workflows simultaneously and are expected to prioritize and delegate as appropriate. Prior B2B customer service experience is a must.
