Role Highlights

We are seeking to hire a full-time trade show and marketing coordinator to:

• Maintain quality customer relationships while interacting with current clients and future prospects.
• Coordinate, plan, and organize two trade shows a year
• Contact current and prospective clients to increase awareness of and drive attendance to our company trade shows.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for VIP clients and internal account managers, ensuring best possible rates and accommodations.
• Maintain an exciting online presence utilizing your own creativity, social media, and online marketing tools.

Requirements

· Strong Sales Experience and Aptitude, Ability to Close

· Detail orientation

· Strong communication and delegation skills

· Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as we grow

· Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and email marketing software
