Primary Responsibilities:

  • Account management
    • Drive business growth through collaboration with existing OEM partners.
    • Build trusting relationships with technology decision-makers, buyers, marketing, and sales influencers within OEM Accounts.
    • Gain a deep understanding of the partners’ commercial needs, technology, and business strategy to ensure alignment with Nonin solutions.
    • May participate in customer field visits.
  • New business growth
    • Interact with current and prospective partners for the purpose of marketing and selling Nonin products.
    • Attend industry conferences as appropriate and needed
    • Engage with customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services.
  • Sales and Revenue growth
    • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis
    • Stay informed about market trends.
    • Evaluate activities, strategies, and strengths of the competition.
    • Provide input on advertising, literature, and promotion materials.
  • Collaboration
    • Coordinates with sales leaders to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities.
    • Proactively collaborate cross-functionally as needed to support customer requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation
    • Manage OEM agreements, pricing schedules, and product and marketing communications to partners.

Required Education & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Communication: Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills; Persuasive communication, excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) CRM and customer
  • Relationship Building and Customer Focused
  • Planning and Organizing: Ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines/schedules.
  • Influencing: Assertive, confident, and able to resolve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the medical device industry.
  • Technical integration and/or clinical experience and/or education.
  • Fluency in a second

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, and/or stand for 8 hours/day
