What Nonstop is Looking For:

Nonstop is in search of a highly experienced marketing professional to join our marketing team as a Client Relationship Manager. 

We are looking for a marketing professional who can form long-term client relationships and deepen client loyalty to support our growth. The candidate will demonstrate excellent judgment, diplomacy, and professionalism when working with all stakeholders, especially clients. The Client Relationship Manager will expand existing client-focused marketing initiatives, manage our nonprofit community fund program, develop a referral program, and identify opportunities for our clients to get the most out of what Nonstop Health has to offer.

The ideal candidate will possess the skills to collaborate effectively across different departments and excel in recognizing marketing opportunities within our existing client base. Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • SME on Nonstop Health product 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Implementation, Account Services, and the Sales department to identify opportunities to build relationships with our clients
  • Meet with clients in person to maintain and build relationships
  • Build a process for obtaining and tracking referrals from current clients
  • Continuous client education is a critical function of this role. You need to possess the ability to work with key department leaders to identify when, where, and how you can connect with specific clients who are open to marketing opportunities.
  • Cold calling
  • Successfully create, promote and implement client referral program
  • Ability to manage a budget outlined for Nonstop’s Community Fund program
  • Define and implement data-driven programs/processes that drive referrals, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing and Business Development and Director of Business Development to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics 
  • Create and manage a customer success marketing program that generates content strategy deliverables, including the development of marketing assets showcasing our client’s success with Nonstop Health
  • Plan, outline, and draft content to inspire prospective clients to explore Nonstop, Assets will include written case studies, testimonial videos, social media posts, etc.
  • Travel across the country to build and retain client relationships
  • Travel will include but not be limited to: Conferences, Client meetings, Client fundraising events, etc.

Requirements

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • 2 to 3 years of marketing experience 
  • Sales Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Excellent written, critical reading, and oral communication skills
  • Experience working directly with C-Suite, brokers and other decision-makers
  • Client relationship management
  • A high level of organization is required for this role and the ability to effectively communicate with various department leaders 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required (written and oral)
  • Public Speaking experience 
  • Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, monitor, influence, and negotiate
  • Grant and/or proposal writing experience required
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations and/or sponsorship programs is preferred but not required
  • Desire for growth in leadership
  • Travel of up to 30% or more during PEAK seasons is required for this position***
  • The capability to cover all travel expenses upfront and receive reimbursement from Nonstop for 100% of approved travel costs within 30 days of submission through Expensify 
  • Public relations experience is a PLUS! 
  • Valid License in Life and Health preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire 

Perks and Compensation:

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
  • Bonus Eligible after 12 months of employment

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day.
  • Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally.
  • Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone and video communication.
  • Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.
