We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role is pivotal in driving the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, with additional expertise in accounting. You will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, providing insights for decision-making, and ensuring the alignment of financial goals with the overall business strategy.
What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and inputs for financial planning and analysis.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and business efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of FP&A processes.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on financial goals and strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4 years of combined experience in public accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP), and corporate finance concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of leading initiatives, thinking creatively, and challenging the status quo while maintaining stakeholder engagement
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in a large, complex corporate environment.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - $117,00.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom's estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
