About the Role:
Noor Home Healthcare Service Corp DBA NoorCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients and making a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities:

• Assessing and evaluating patients' health status
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Providing education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of California
• Must have a bachelor's degree in nursing or other health-related field with 3 - 4 years of experience.
• Three years of management experience within the last five (5) years in a home health or related health care organization, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity, OR A Registered Nurse with four (4) years experience within the last five (5) years in a home health, home health agency, primary care clinical or health facility, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
