Noor Staffing Group is Hiring a Job Developer Near Fresno, CA
- Develop partnerships with employers to help program participants find jobs in a variety of in-demand and growing industries
- Provide career coaching/counseling, interview prep, and resume reviews for job-ready participants
- Meet with participants and job seekers to match them with available job opportunities
- Schedule participants with employer partners for interviews, conduct on-going follow-up with candidates sent on job interviews
- Generate sales leads and obtain referrals from current employer partnerships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with employer partners, including conducting on-site visits to ensure quality of service and generate additional job orders
- Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual job placement numbers
- Effectively manage a daily schedule of site visits, appointments, and overall territory management
- Model professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivate a safe environment for career development, and motivated clients to find full-time employment
- Excellent negotiating, customer service, and cold calling skills
- Passion for working with special and at-risk populations, including but not limited to public assistance recipients, justice-involved individuals, persons with mental and/or physical disabilities, military veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness Understanding of workforce development, employment services, and adult education a definite plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
