NOOTER is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Project Management team. This role would assist our project team in maintaining a controlled system of incoming and outgoing drawings, submittals, correspondence and documentation. This individual must have the ability to understand the workflow processes and create tracking and controls to support it.
NOOTER thrives on the success of its employees. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in on site Document Control in a Heavy Industrial Construction Environment.
• Experience with engineering, atchitectural, and construction documents (i.e., 3-D models, drawings, technical specifications, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of technical terminology.
• Experience with Procore or similar document management systems is a plus.
