We are looking for a skilled HR professional with a passion for people and a drive for excellence to lead people-related processes in Germany. You will work closely with country leadership and Nordcloud People team to implement the initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Your daily work:

• Managing people processes - from onboarding to exit
• Ensuring that all processes are executed according to local legal requirements as well as Nordcloud compliance standards
• Owning and managing projects in our international People team
• Partnering with and consulting our leaders on people-related topics to ensure retention and consistent employee experience
• Closely collaborating with our talent acquisition and development teams to ensure the future capabilities
• Innovating and implementing ideas on how to create a workplace where people are engaged and flourish
• Responsible for office management and being the People Leader for office manager
• Taking an active part of our employer branding strategy to retain our people from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive workplace culture

Your skills and attributes of success:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Holistic understanding of people processes along the employee life cycle
• Excellent knowledge of employment regulations in Germany
• Excellent communication skills and service-minded mentality
• Drive and self-motivation with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Fluent communication skills in English and German

Your super-powers (we’d consider any of these as a big plus):

• Any other EU country (especially DACH region) national employment legislation is considered a plus
• Any other relevant language is considered a plus
