As our Honda Service Advisor, you’re responsible for creating a great customer service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests are 100% satisfied with their experience at Norm Reeves.

Schedule: Monday –Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 PM, rotating Saturdays with Sunday and one day off during the week.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Offer solutions and added services to guests
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor position, preferably Honda.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Creative, positive, team player attitude
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
