Patient Financial Services department plays a crucial role in the financial health of our organization. We are responsible for proper processing of all billing of services to insurance companies on a daily basis.
Collections is an important key to our success also, so contacting payers on status of a patient claim is important, not only for us, but also for the patient.
We also post insurance and patient payments.
