Analytics Intern

Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Analytics Intern to join our team. As an Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and business operations. This internship will provide valuable insights into the world of analytics and its impact on business strategies.

Duties:

- Analyzing business data to derive relevant trends and meaningful insights

- Create dashboards to answer business critical problems and support the leadership team in decision making process

- Leverage data mining and warehousing skills to ETL (Extract, transform and load) business data from ERP and other systems to create meaningful reports

- Visualize business data and problems via Power BI dashboard and reports

- Execute other data analytics projects as needed to support business priorities

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in data science / analytics field

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

- Strong problem solving skills

- Experience in Power BI, SQL and preferably in Microsoft Azure too

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
