Your daily role

You'll invest the majority of your time in these areas:

• Assists in the administration of all facility human resource-related programs.
• Processing weekly payroll for 150 employees.
• Time and attendance administration in Kronos
• Assist with daily HR tasks
• Communicate employee 30 day and 90 week review periods.
• Maintain facility personnel, medical, and payroll files.
• Maintain facility EEO compliance/history files and assists in preparing annual AAP.
• Disseminate associate information as required by company policy.
• Assist in maintaining applicable HRIS

Your profile

• Minimum of one year of HR administrative experience
• Minimum of one year of Kronos experience
• Minimum of one year of payroll processing using ADP
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, Files
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
