What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a warm smile and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle phone inquiries.
- Keep patient records up-to-date and ensure smooth office operations.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to enhance patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical office experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for organization.
- Proficiency with office software and a commitment to confidentiality.
- A very upbeat and welcoming personality!
- Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required!

We offer a Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm schedule (with an hour lunch break). This schedule gives you time to spend in the evenings with your family, friends, and loved ones.
In order to give our patients’ parents an alternative to going to a busy ER on the weekends with a sick child, we do offer some weekend sick clinic hours from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 pm on Saturdays and from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm on Sundays in which our staff participates. (We rotate weekend clinic with two other local pediatric offices, so we aren't open every weekend.) Our staff rotates who works different days, and you will receive an overtime pay rate for those weekends worked.
