We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being. Without the commitment of weekends.

**Position: ** Home Health Nurse (LPN/RN)

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What you will do at North Bay Home Health:
· Provide in-home, specialized care to a pediatric patient one on one for a total of 6 hours
· Follow Physicians orders in evaluating and caring for the patient and advise Physician of any changes in patient's condition or needs:
· Maintain appropriate preventative practices and procedures
· Prepare clinical and progress notes for individual patients to include physical and mental conditions of clients as well as signs and symptoms indicative of changes of condition
· Must be dependable and communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
License:
· Current and active FL or Multistate LPN/RN license (Required)

· BLS card must be obtained through the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

· An active Florida or Multistate LPN/RN license is required.

Experience:
· Pediatric experience (preferred)
· G-tube, Trach and Vent experience (must)
· At least one year home health experience/acute care

Schedule: Requires 6-hour shifts
Part-time

Pay Rate
· LPN $23-$29/hr. RN $29-$33/hr.
