The Field HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering HR services and solutions to specific locations. Their main duties involve onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, fostering employee engagement and retention, and providing coaching to both managers and employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, identifying and resolving employee relations issues.
• Support various HR areas such as onboarding new hires, managing performance and discipline, overseeing talent management and development programs, and promoting employee engagement and retention.
• Guide the escalation and resolution of HR questions and issues through the appropriate channels.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to address issues, enhance performance, and improve retention.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance retention, engagement, and performance.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. At least 5 years of HR experience, particularly in industries with a large remote hourly workforce.
• Other Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office suite, and HRIS experience. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
