POSITION TYPE: Temporary, Part-time, Non exempt (subject to overtime)

WORK SCHEDULE: 15-20 hours per week through May 2024

Description of Duties:

• Complete digitization tasks for Faculty Performance Records
• Redesign documents (e.g,. Orientation schedules)
• Facilitate attendance meetings and follow up with families
• Coordinate the Evening Support program
• Set up Asana for Academic Programs projects
• Manage completion of administrative observations of faculty, and coordinate reminders to supervisors
• Coordinate Community Conduct Board
• Coordinate events (e.g., provide support with Commencement and Online Recognition Ceremony planning, EOY Recognition Ceremony, Awards Ceremony, J-Term logistics)
• Coordinate logistics for accreditation work (Cognia). Create schedule for ELEOT observation, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned

Some remote work opportunities are possible.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Exemplary Customer Service Skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and assignments
• Proficient with Google suite and productivity platforms (ex. Asana, Trello)
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required
