Essential Job Duties | North Carolina State University is hiring for a Head Athletic Trainer within the Athletics/Sports Medicine Department. This position will serve as the Athletic Trainer for Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country. At a minimum, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sports assignments may change based on departmental needs at the discretion of the Associate AD for Sports Medicine. Other Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Supervisory positions conduct interviews, lead hiring searches, provide recommendations on final hiring decisions, provide salary recommendations, monitor and assign work, provide regular feedback to direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, and create employee performance improvement plans. |
