North Central Insulation is currently looking to add great individuals to our Newark, Ohio division for Insulation installers. This family owned and operated company has been in business for over 50 years and as it continues to grow. 

We are seeking individuals who want to invest in themselves by learning a new trade skill set and ultimately building their career within our company. We use 3 different types of insulation batt, blown in, and spray foam.There is no prior experience necessary for this position as you will be trained with one of our experienced Insulation installers. During your training period we start you at $19.00 an hour with the ability after training is completed to make up to $28.00 an hour within the first year of employment. 

This is a full-time, year-round position. Individuals will start their day at 7 a.m. at our Newark location before going to various job site locations in our company vehicles. The end time for the day does vary depending on the job,and job site location, however, you are home every night and are guaranteed every Sunday off. 

Qualifications for Insulation installers are: 

*Must have reliable transportation to and from the Newark location as you’re responsible for your own transportation

*Must do a pre-employment background check 

*Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test; we go by DOT regulations and policies for our driving program 

*Must have a valid, clean driving record as you will be driving company vehicles from the Newark shop to various job site locations 

*Must be able to travel to different job sites in company vehicle

*Must be able to work at various heights, able to use ladders, and/or scaffolding

*Able to lift 50 pounds 

*Follow all company and manufacturers safety standards and procedures 

*Effective communication skills with fellow coworkers, managers, and homeowners 

*Ability to complete jobs with proper quality within the specified deadlines
