What You Will Do:

• Accountable for ensuring proper labor balancing between core areas of warehouse, including receiving, picking, outbound parcels, project warehouse, cycle counting, wire cutting, pipe yard, and loading trucks
• Key transfer truck and route delivery facilitator, ensure all orders are manifested, and loaded onto the transfer and route trucks each night
• Primary responder and problem solver for warehouse emails, with a response time of 1 hour
• Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics
• Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates
• Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates
• Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Clear and concise communication skills
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes
• Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus
• Previous warehouse and driving experience
• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others
• Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50 lbs.)
• Forklift and stock picker use
• Warehouse environment
• Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner
• Usual 40-hour work-week Sunday through Thursday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
