Salary: $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely completion of work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Daily maintenance of the grounds and amenities to uphold aesthetic standards.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions and appliance issues.
• Support in unit interior renovations and refurbishments.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Swift communication with the Supervisor regarding any safety concerns or hazardous environments.
• Availability for on-call duties to address emergency work orders after hours and on weekends.
• Adherence to professional appearance and demeanor standards.
• Implementation of exceptional safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience, with expertise in cleaning, painting, and appliance repair.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing over 80 lbs, and comfortable with ladder use.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation and insurance.
