North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Bullhead City's population is 43,000 and is located on the east side of the Colorado River directly across from Laughlin, NV. Residents enjoy small town living with the benefit of Las Vegas, NV less than a 90-minute drive. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy, hiking, biking, boating and other outdoor activities in the surrounding mountains and desert.

- Attractive total compensation package ranging from $205,000 to $225,000 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC

- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
