Job Summary:
As a PT at NCHHHA, you will have the opportunity to create atailored plan of care for Home Health patients and assist them in functioningat their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movementpotential for patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our PTs are an integralpart of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and are responsible for the supervisionof PTAs. You will maintain a high level of autonomy and work to the top of your license. OurPTs enjoy a flexible workday, with an option to start and end your day fromhome. Strong clinical support and educational resources provide, as well assupport in obtaining certifications in your area of expertise.
Essential Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's degree required, preferably a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, holds a current and valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy license and BLS certificate, and be proficient in computer use to include MS Office Suite.
