Summary of Work

The Juvenile Services Program Director is responsible for staff supervision and supervision of juvenile programming within the living unit. This position provides programs of security, safety, supervision and a structured therapeutic environment in the cottage so juveniles can make a successful transition back into the community. The position assesses and implements applicable Division of Juvenile Services and Youth Correctional Center program management policy and procedures to maintain consistency of facility operation.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Management, or another field with coursework related to the duties and three years of professional level experience in juvenile corrections.
