Responsibilities:
-Transport individuals to and from appointments
- Oversee daily operations and management of a residential facility
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, including those with autism
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, activities,
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Advocate for resident rights and promote a positive living environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulations in care facilities
- Ability to create and implement individualized care plans
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Proficient in meal preparation and dietary management for individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
