F/T Unarmed Security Officer/Camera Monitor - High End North Scottsdale Gated Community
Schedule: Thursday and Friday 5:00pm - 1:00am, Saturday and Sunday 6pm- 6am (40 hrs)
Compensation: $21.12 / hr Benefits

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Unarmed Security Officer to join our TEAM at one of the most exclusive gated communities in North Scottsdale. As the Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding one of our premier clients' property. Additionally, the Unarmed Security Officer will monitor gate access and cameras within the premises. Additionally, the Camera Monitor/Dispatcher will monitor gate access and any suspicious activity within the premises. The Camera Monitor/Dispatcher will be primarily responsible for monitoring numerous entry points throughout the community, as well as other cameras placed throughout the community. Candidates should be comfortable speaking on the radio, as well as the phone, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, in both oral and written form. The Camera Monitor/Dispatcher will also be responsible for creating detailed reports and activity logs throughout their shifts.

Duties and Skills:

• Controls Access to the community, screens visitors, assists visitors and employees to gain entrance into the community in an efficient manner to expedite entrance into the facility.
• Monitors entry and exit points, operates gates, and examines vehicles contents.
• Monitors remote areas using closed-circuit television, operates remote access devices.
• Provides a level of confidence in which residents, employees, and visitors feel that their needs are being provided in a courteous and professional manner.
• Communicates in a professional manner.
• Dispatching duties for emergencies and calls for service.
• Community Patrol
• Wildlife Relocation
• Traffic and Parking enforcement
• Emergency Response
• Alarm Response
• Identification of safety hazards

Minimum Requirements :

• Have a valid Unarmed Security Guard License in Arizona.
• Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Possess the minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal form.
• Must have competent ability use computer and tablet.
