North Georgia Vacation Rentals LLC is a mid-sized short-term rental management company operating in Dahlonega, GA and the surrounding area.

We are looking for a motivated assistant property manager to join our team. The candidate must be willing to complete a 90-day apprenticeship to learn our systems and day-to-day operations of North Georgia Vacation Rentals. Upon completing the apprenticeship, the assistant property manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-growing company, helping us to maintain our high standards, and helping facilitate further expansion. The assistant property manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take extreme ownership, and have excellent communication abilities, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and a "get stuff done" mentality.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work some weekends once fully trained in management.
• Must be local to Dahlonega, GA
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have sufficient technology ability.
• Must have sufficient people skills.
• Capable of basic home repairs
• Hands-on skills and basic understanding of home maintenance, repairs, and systems preferred
• Must be a quick learner, excel in a fast paced environment, and find ways to keep clients happy and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors, contractors, and property owners
• Guest customer service
• Schedule maintenance
• Inspect properties
• Internal systems development and maintenance
• Set up new listings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
