Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative that will also manage shipping and receiving WITH AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE, to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate will have automotive experience.
Responsibilities

• The job entails receiving all incoming packages
• Checking and logging any visible damage.
• Contacting customer to confirm receipt of package and confirm any details on job either via email or phone.
• Entering information into database such as QuickBooks.
• Assist in answering phones and directing calls
• Final inspection of order. Pack and ship.
• Assist customers dropping off or picking up jobs.
• Assist with filing and data entry.
• Conduct occasional stocking and inventory of parts.
• Misc. other duties to help around the shop when needed.

Ideal candidate will have the following qualification:
Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Automotive experience and knowledge is a bonus
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of active listening techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
