North Hollywood Toyota (TNH) is seeking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our current Body Shop department's growth. We are seeking for a detail oriented multitask and energetic candidate to join our team. TNH offers a position work environment and encourages internal promotions.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls as well as scheduling appointments. Support in processing, verifying, and distributing information to customers You will be the leading support to our Body Shop team.
This is a full-time role in which you'll report to the Body Shop Manager. You must be willing to work onsite at the North Hollywood Toyota office.
What you'll do as a Customer Service Representative?

• Greeting Customers

• Answering phones

• Setting up repair/estimate appointments
• Contacting insurance companies
• Monthly invoicing
• Ensure R.O. are closed and file accuracy and SOP, DRP and regulatory (BAR) compliance during repair and prior to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain Accounts Receivables, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an office setting.
• 2-4 years customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Accounts receivable
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude
• Complete Tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
• Computer typing abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and shift gears quickly.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written.
• Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance.
