A leader in the QSR/Fast Food restaurant segment is looking for an energetic, impactful Restaurant General Manager to oversee their existing location.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Oversee shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control expenses
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
- Train, motivate, and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:
