The Culture Specialist is a critical role within the campus leadership team, responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all students.

Supports:

• Operational Excellence exist for all Schoolwide Activities
• Transitions are Safe and Orderly
• Lunchroom is orderly and Safe
• Arrival and Dismissal are Safe and Orderly
• All OSP/OIG, Incident Reports etc are in Aspen and Power School (School Wide Response is documented, partnership is present with Peace Warriors, Learning to Rise, SW and BHT for Interventions and Support.)

School Culture

• Culture Audits show consistent growth leading to a proficient rating.

Staff Experience

• Staff have created a safe and nurturing classroom under the direction of the Dean of Culture and Culture Team
• Staff report a balance of accountability and support from the Culture Team
