Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate under general supervision will be responsible for vehicle receiving and shipping, inventory input into dealer software, tracking of vehicle movement (both on and off lot), as well as providing exceptional customer service while taking customer account payments.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with team
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Input vehicle purchases into dealer management software program
• Secure transport and receive vehicles that are shipped to and from North Main Motors
• Communicate effectively with transport companies
• Process vehicle purchases with various floorplan / lenders
• Ensure weekly lot maintenance / inspection for inventory reconciliation
• Track titles for stock inventory
• Track and process payoffs / payments to floorplans as needed
• Contact Auctions as necessary
• Print deals and process customer payments, down payments, etc.
• Assist in prep of daily title packets
• Purify and reconcile all month end inventory reports and prepare for management
• Responsible for workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with North Main Motors standards
• Complete and other duties as assigned by Managers

Minimum Qualifications/Requirement

• Current driver’s license
• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
• Candidate must be able to pass background check to obtain Notary
• Ability to execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and minimal outdoor environments.
• Flexible work hours, with shifts that may include evening hours and weekends.
• Wear North Main Motors business casual clothing (provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
