When you are part of our team, you know what connected feels like. #WhatConnectsYou #NMHSCareers Job Description Coordinate : Plan, direct, coordinates, and oversees the operations/activities of the assigned clinic(s) Assure patient satisfaction goals, clinic goals and quality standards are met Coordinates the hiring of clinic staff Supervise: Supervises, evaluates, coaches, and counsels employees within scope of responsibility Recommends merit increases and disciplinary actions Provides evaluation feedback (individual and/or team) Budget: Assists in preparing the budget for assigned clinics Reporting: Prepare various reports for management/leadership Liaison: Serves as a liaison between clinics, staff, physicians, and administration to ensure high quality, cost effective patient care Education: Participates in Performance Management and Improvement of staff Regulatory : Adheres to NMHS/NMMCI Policies/Procedures/Guidelines Complies with applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines/laws/policies/procedures. Job Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in a business, finance, management or clinical field; required Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct clinic and/or ambulatory care management required.
