We are seeking a highly motivated High School Eaglet Flag Advisor to join our team.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct engaging and effective practices to improve players' skills and performance
- Collaborate with other advisors to develop strategies and tactics
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.

Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct students.
- Ability to work well with all skill levels and ages
- Strong organizational skills to manage team schedules and logistics

- First Aide / Pupil Activity Permit

- CPR

- Fundamentals of Coaching

- Concussion Course Certificate

- Lindsay's Law Certificate
