Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all activities on the jobsite to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and identify potential issues
- Coordinate and execute material runs to ensure the site is always stocked with necessary supplies
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Take ownership of the jobsite, ensuring it is well-organized, clean, and efficient
- Oversee daily tasks and activities, ensuring that all work is completed to company standards
- Ensure all work is performed according to architectural/engineered plans and specifications
- Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite to promote safety and efficiency
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- Verify materials delivered to the site, ensuring they meet project requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers to suggest materials and supplies needed for the project
- Assist in managing and processing payments to subcontractors as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferable to have a truck to help move materials
