Job Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical setting.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in medical software such as Practice Fusion, Epic, or similar systems
