The Field Director is responsible for the day-to-day recruitment, instruction and management of canvass teams. Successful applicants will possess at least two cycles of organizing experience on a candidate or issue advocacy campaign. AZO1 is consistently ranked as the most flippable seat in the country.
Ideal candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and capable of showing leadership in a fast-paced environment.
