North Spore is looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead our sales team. As the world awakens to all of the potential of the fungi kingdom, you will help to make our resources available to wholesale customers across the country (and eventually the world) by further building on the foundations of our business to business sales program. Job Title: Sales Manager
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours equivalent. Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, work outside of these hours as required.
Location: All hours on site at 921 Riverside St, Portland, Maine. Travel as required.
Pay rate: DOE competitive sliding bonus structure based on meeting revenue goals
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage available at the end of the probationary period. Regular PTO benefits for full-time position (1 week sick PTO per year without accumulation, 1 week vacation PTO year 1 earned throughout year, 2 weeks vacation PTO year 2 earned throughout year 2, 3 weeks earned PTO year 3 and beyond earned throughout the specific year, with carryover of vacation between years). Retirement benefits are 2% of employee’s gross income to a SIMPLE IRA, no match required.
