We are currently looking for per diem social workers to complete social work screenings for our surrogate applicants. The social work role is critical to the company’s business operations and vital to Circle’s high quality screening reputation. This role is a good fit for social workers who are looking to extend beyond traditional social work environments and hoping to add a new specialization to their practice. Special consideration will be given to professionals with experience in infertility counseling and/or third party reproduction but this is not a requirement.

Compensation: $300 per screening with potential to earn up to $425

What you'll do:

• Review surrogate information within internal database to prepare for screening
• Coordinate and conduct video psychoeducational consultation and psychosocial assessments with surrogate applicants and their primary support person
• Produce written assessments per applicant to be used in matching process with intended parents and documentation purposes for IVF clinics
• Document important data related to journey in agency database for follow up by internal Circle staff
• Attend monthly trainings to remain up to date on Circle Surrogacy’s screening process and expectations

What you'll need to succeed:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of ASWB Master level examination
• Master’s level licensure in good standing, ideally in multiple states
• Experience conducting psychosocial assessments
• Work experience in adoption is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain calm demeanor during stressful situations
• High attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive work deadlines
