WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

If you are an experienced individual looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $160,000/year. This full-time pipeline project manager position demands a commitment beyond the ordinary, with a typical workweek extending to 50 hours.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

You are responsible for overseeing the intricate installation of underground water and sewer pipes, managing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include navigating profit and loss dynamics as well as orchestrating a harmonious collaboration between employees, heavy equipment, subcontractors, and materials. As you lead by example, you create a safe project environment, develop accurate production estimates, and maintain open lines of communication. As a Site Utilities Project Leader, your role extends beyond the typical, guiding our teams through diverse climates and terrains with precision.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 3 years of experience in underground construction and construction management, particularly in the Arizona market
• Ability to read and comprehend project plans, specifications, and local codes
• Ability to hold competent training for excavations (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Strong understanding of the nuances of contracts, change orders, and project budgets
• Familiarity with various software, including email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
